Information you share

When you contact ONZIL, you may share your name, phone number, email address and a message about your project. Please share only the information needed to discuss your requirements.

How it is used

We use your details to understand your request, contact you about it and prepare your quotation. The information may also be needed to agree on supply, delivery or service arrangements.

Messages and storage

Messages sent by email or WhatsApp are stored and handled through those services. Opening a WhatsApp link does not submit an enquiry; you must review the message and tap Send.

The enquiry form sends your entered details to this website for validation. If sending fails, your details remain in the form so you can correct them or retry. Enquiry messages are not currently saved to a website database. A necessary session cookie and short-lived form tokens help protect form requests; tokens expire after 30 minutes, and expired server session files are eligible for cleanup. Session data contains form tokens, not your name, phone number, email or message. We do not use analytics cookies. The web server may record technical access information, such as the requested page, time, IP address and browser details, for operation and troubleshooting.
